Anyone!

If you'd like the focus of your special day to be on spending time with your guests instead of worrying about cooking and cleaning then a personal chef is for you! I am happy to collaborate with you on a wide variety of events both big and small to help make your dreams come true!

 

Birthday parties, baby showers, wedding showers, wine pairing events, business lunches and dinners, gallery openings, small rehearsal dinners, and more are just some of the occasions someone might hire a personal chef.

 

We will work together to plan a menu that suits your unique needs. Food allergies or intolerances? Fear not, I am experienced in executing menus that keep those with certain restrictions safe. I will take care of sourcing all of the needed food items before the event so you won't have to worry about running out to the market at the last minute while also trying to prepare for the arrival of your guests. 

I work within the Tampa Bay, Florida area but have traveled for collaborations in the past so please reach out and let's discuss your location if it is beyond the immediate Tampa Bay area. Based on your needs, we will agree on the travel costs.

The short answer is it varies.

 

The price includes high-quality ingredients that are always seasonal and fresh, the cooking service or cooking class, preparation of the menu, the meal service and cleaning.

 

Cost is usually determined by a "per person" figure for the event. I am happy to tailor the menu not only to your taste but also to your budget. 

 

You can generally budget somewhere in the range of about $100.00 per person to start, but as I mentioned this price can either go up or down depending on your vision for the event. Please reach out and let's discuss options. 

 

Please note: the price does not include any waiters or service staff, the rental of tables or chairs, extra equipment and floral decorations, wines, liquors, drinks and transportation. I am a small business so at this time cannot provide these things directly, but can work with you to help source these services, if needed. 

This is the beauty of working with your own chef. You won't be constrained by a catering or restaurant menu, instead you can craft a culinary experience that you know all of your guests will enjoy.

 

My speciality is Italian cuisine as Italy it where I was born, raised, and received my culinary education. My typical menus can be classified by a few general categories, but I am always excited by the changing seasons, fresh local produce and new inspiration!
