I am a professional chef who was born, raised and trained in Northern Italy. I studied at a school of culinary arts and hospitality in the northern Italian city of Torino for five years. Following this experience, I moved to Parma, Italy to attend the International School of Cuisine-ALMA, a culinary school directed by the great Gualtiero Marchesi.
After graduation, I traveled throughout northern Italy to gain experience and further my education. I was fortunate enough to work in various restaurants from Trentino Alto Adige to Liguria. In 2013, I joined a large catering company in Torino where I had the privilege to cook for and manage both intimate and large high-end events for groups ranging in size from two to one-thousand guests.
In 2015, I moved to America and joined an Italian restaurant company as an executive chef with successful locations in Boston, Newport and Providence, Rhode Island.
In late 2021, I moved to the Tampa Bay area with my wife and begin working as a private chef. I can’t wait to meet you!
