Here are several sample menus, however I greatly enjoy collaborating with clients to craft personalized experiences. Our only limitations are the bounds of our creativity and imagination.​

  • Bruschetta served with burrata cheese, prosciutto di Parma, cherry tomato and an arugula pesto sauce

  • Freshly made pasta served with a cacio e pepe sauce and topped with pistachios, snow peas, and mint 

  • Ossobuco served with asparagus and demi-glace sauce

Sample Seafood Menu

  • Sea scallops with zucchini, aged balsamic, Pecorino cheese.

  • Freshly-made pasta with frutti di mare (assorted shellfish)

  • Black sea bass with Yukon potatoes, and a salsa verde sauce

  • Chocolate and passion fruit mousse

  • Grilled artichokes served with breadcrumbs, orange zest and a mint pesto sauce

  • Freshly made pasta served with Pecorino cheese, pine nuts and a lemon garlic sauce

  • Eggplant parmigianina
